I have used Hill Imagine so many times. Check in was quick and easy with pre-registration and also, wait time not too long. Technician was very nice, friendly and respectful. Thank you for a great service.

1st a 3 star for the digital check-in system. After typing-in and answering all questions I got a “can’t save data” error. But, it reminded me that I had already tried to complete from home and got same error. Waste of time.
5 stars for staff. Receptionist able to process my check-in. Very personable and helpful. X-Ray tech also personable, explained what she was doing, Thank you for live staff.

I have used Hill Imaging many times over the past 20 years and they never disappoint. Friendly, knowledgeable staff for x-rays, CAT scans, MRI and probably many other procedures I have not needed.
I would never consider a different lab for my imaging needs.

My Doctor referred me to another facility. I was on hold for 40 minutes, when I went to voicemail it was full. I went on line and secured an appointment for 2 days later. Hill imaging makes it so easy. When I showed up for the appointment I was called at the appointment time. That doesn’t happen often.

I was able to schedule my appointment for a Dexa scan and mammogram within a week and only waited 5 minutes when I arrived the day of my appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a perfect experience.

When I got to Huntington-Hill Glendora, I was greeted by a very welcoming lady. Asked for me to sit down, she could see I had knee surgery and was tired using the walker. Got my info and then came back to where I was seated and explained that the doctors office had set up the appointment for the following day.
She said that she would check to see if she could get me in at this time 5:15. It was late and the doctor felt that it was possible that I might have a blood clot in my calf.
After about 15 mins. she told me that they would get me in. The technician, Patricia came out and took me back to the room. After about 30 min. we were done and I was able to go. She went and got me a wheelchair, it was a relief to have had the wheelchair, I was exhausted, long day and my legs were spent.
Everyone at Huntington-Hill Glendora were great and went above and beyond my expectation.

First time there, I was very pleased with the whole staff, the bone density technician was so friendly and made me feel relaxed. The mammogram procedure was the least painful I have ever had. My compliments to everyone.
