My DHS caseworker is so friendly and kind!! This office has taken care of me in so many different ways, including providing human service to my child and I!! I am very thankful for them and the jobs that they do. They are real difference makers & if they chose to not show up to work then what services would I get? 100 families? No. Food banks? No. It seems like a well that is drying up in Searcy. So with that being said I love DHS!! <3

I wish I could give you NO stars. You’re lazy, your workers don’t know how to do their job and you sure do hang up on people when they are on hold. I have never in my life been to a facility as bad as this one with as many useless workers pretending to do their jobs to take home a check while people tell you they turn in paper, or you don’t send it to the right address. I had an interview and have yet to get any mail from your agency yet you cancel my snap case because your sending mail to the WRONG ADRESS AND WINT FIX IT MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO FEED MY FAMILY. Your selfish lazy hateful people. Shame on you

Trying to get daycare vouchers as I am a single mom and don’t have a lot of money. They will not answer the phones here, I have yet had anyone answer the phone since they got the new automated system. I was on hold forever this last time and then someone just hung up! They also stopped my medicade and my sons health insurance cause they say my income is 3,000 which is not right it’s not even close to that I don’t know where they came up with that number. Stressful and frustrating!!!! Please answer your phones!!!!!

I turned in very important info 4 my young child that of course needs doctor care ! Yesterday, 6 whole months later I get a letter saying the info was not received an NOW I HAV TO REAPPLY! I c y the searcy dhs only has 3 stars.. at least the new receptionist tried to b helpful that's y I gav 2 stars.

It's extremely rare to come across a nice & helpful employee here. They will let you call all day only to pickup & hang up immediately. The stress & tears this office has caused me is astronomical. They make you feel bad for the fact that you're reaching out for help.

If 0 stars was an option. Today I have called all day and cannot get an answer on the phone even though they're open and nothing special is happening today. My case working won't email me back even though I requested an update considering they like to not mention anything and just send you a denial letter without attempting to contact you saying that certain information may not be acceptable. I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this office my entire life. I hate it. I'd rather not but when life is this difficult this office just makes sure it's even worse and harder than it already was.

Workers will lie on you to have your kids taken. Always losing paperwork. How is there no regulation here? Seems they get off on ruining people's lives.
