I emailed the company for some information about the products and services they sell.

China Morissette responded to my email, she was honest as she explained to me the products and services sold.

I did not buy any of the products or services as it was above my budget margin, but China surprised me with some tips and advice to meet my needs and my budget, she could have just said she couldn't help me and left it at that.

The tips and advice she offered did not lead to a immediate sale to her or her company, but all of my future big advertising will be done with her as she has proven to me to be an honest person who cares for her customers and isn't just trying to make a buck.

I ordered a discontinued product and Scott Smith from Hudson Ink was nice enough to offer a full refund and send me what they did have available from the product line that matched what I was trying to order. I appreciate their honesty and offer to do their best to make things right.

I have never written a poor review on any business before, but I believe that the way that I was treated by these people requires one. I was told that there was a money back guarantee for using their services, so I thought that it was definitely worth trying them. I was told that somehow I received some value from my relationship with them, but at this point, I haven't received a good marketing plan from them, any advertising done by them or any other value. They felt comfortable charging me for two months advertising, and the setup fee. They did refund the setup fee and one month. I have nothing to show for the month that they didn't refund. I have asked them at least four times for my money back and for them to destroy any billing information on us that they have. I haven't even been able to speak directly to someone with authority to listen to me. That isn't a money back guarantee!! It also isn't good business!

The regular blog posts and easy to use, premade, campaigns successfully remind our customers of our services and get our name infront of more people. Getting started did take a long time, several months, but once I started working with China it became much easier and natural. She has been fantastic to work with.
