Our previous company’s equipment quit working and after no communication from them, a lot of headaches and attempts to get our security back up and running for two very long months, we canceled that contract & decided to find a security company that’s local. After a phone call mid afternoon, The owner Jamie was at our home for a consult a few hours later, he had our system scheduled for install the very next day. It is so reassuring to know that they take their clients safety seriously! I will sleep so much better knowing I have an alarm system back up and running and knowing if I ever have any issues they will work fast to make sure our safety needs are met! I am super impressed by their timely response and it’s even better that we are bringing business to a family owned company that cares about you! We are very satisfied with HSI Security Services. Their service is phenomenal. I called their local number on late Friday afternoon and left a message. Within few minutes, they answered my call and scheduled an appointment for the very next day (Saturday). Jamie showed up at my door step as promised and explained the various options. After picking the options I needed, I was up and running within 3 days. The price is reasonable and I would recommend HSI to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable alarm monitoring service in mid-south.

HSI provides security services at my home and at my business, and I'm very happy with the service at both locations. Chanc talked me though my options and the process of having the system installed, and everything was set up very quickly. He has also been great about checking in to make sure I am happy with installation and that everything is going well. Both systems are easy to use. On the occasion that the system was triggered at my business, police responded extremely quickly. I really like that with HSI I am dealing with actual people who actually care that things are working properly. Highly recommend!

I was looking to replace my 11 year old monitored alarm system with something new that added cameras from a local company. I thought I was out of luck and would have to give my national company even more money until I found an HSI ad in my mailbox one day. I called right away and had an appointment the next day.

Their products and service are great, exactly what I was looking for. They had exactly what I needed with quality installation. I thought about a DYI solution, but I am glad I have a high quality professional system now. They offered a new system with a three year agreement with great monitoring at a price comparable to others.
