Horrible experience with the Chino office. They had us show up to our assignment at 4am an ask for Ana which is another staff member. We called her at 3:55am an no answer, since it was our 1st day. We text her no answer, she ended up calling us at around 5am Said she will send someone to get us. It was 5:15am when someone went to get us which it was not Ana. The lady that got us said Ana said to wait in the break room. It was 5:33am when We decided to leave .We were left outside for over an hour an waiting in a break room to see when ANA Decides to show up. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I WAS ABLE TO. I call the office to inform the Staff member of what happen and they said I walked out. Of course we did my shift started at 4am an it was 5:33am an no one was there to assist us.

My personal experience has been exponentially well . Jocelyn is always helpful and always answers any questions with the exact specificities I need .

However , At the employer itself “Aries beef Co. “ the main boss Elias was and still is one of the worse bosses I’ve ever encountered. Didn’t care about his people and to be quite honest , the best word I can use to describe him is a silent tyrant. Do NOT .. I repeat DO NOT work there if he is still running the show.

I hope they do something about Cynthia working here at this agency before it gets closed down. She is very rude and talks back to you to the point where she wants to fight you. She is a very petty person & she does not know what she is doing. I went inside the agency with someone and she started talking under her tounge so I spoke up and told her she was being very rude. All I wanted was an issue resolved about a bad check that they had gave me. The checks always bounce back because they never have funds when I deposit them into my bank acount. All I wanted was to get this issue resolved. Good luck working for this agency that has unprofessional selfish people with no people skills. What kind of Human Recourses is this? Instead of helping their employees, they want to fight them and talk down on.

I personally don't like agencies but this one was one i really enjoyed. Never had a problem and Erlin and Mariela were awesome helpers when i needed them the most. Got hired right away and never stayed a day without work. Thank you guys

Agency not whiling to pay me $ 14 dollars an hassle me over the money I worked for an laugh at me for the little money it is lol it’s my money an I worked for it but since I said I was gonna file a claim they guy Alex decided quick to call back an say yea come get ur 14 dollar check so sad how they run a business not only when I was at the Gilbert ware house that place was a safety hazard an withholding my pay for some sort of discipline for leaving cause I was sick

I had a really bad experience with this people from this office at Fontana. I couldn’t believe that 3 people in the office couldn’t help me because one of the lady’s was taking lunch and the other two were just talking when they had me waiting for more than an hr.

This is the wackiest agency I’ve ever been to they never help the hard working people who really deserve it..instead they made it harder for me to get my job back at the place I actually wanna work at..this place is the absolute worst!..I hope you do yourself a favor and stay away from this Circus of an agency .HR direct...what a joke
