I would give more stars if I could. I had a minor emergency when my daughter’s cracked phone screen made her phone stop working 3 hours before her homecoming dance. Reid repaired the screen very quickly and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. He was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. The price was right! He also talked to me about some other tech services he could help out with that would save money. I will definitely be back for any future tech needs. Also, happy to support a local business rather than a chain.

Reid did such a great job fixing my iPhone! My camera came loose and it wasn't an issue for him at all even though my phone sounded like it was going to blow up when you opened up the camera. He ordered a new one for me, provided me with the tracking (it came in the next day) and fixed it for me within like 20 minutes. He showed me everything he did and provided me education on my phone which was very cool! His labor cost was reasonable and I would go to him over Apple any day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Reid is awesome. Cannot recommend coming here enough over the chain stores. Service was excellent, the price was well under what I was quoted elsewhere, and I love supporting a local business.

I’ve ran into a bunch of screen repair companies due to breaking my phone on construction sites and these gentleman were amazing and fast. They repair the phones with oem parts and even added a free screen protector. Forsure the best bang for your dollar.

The repair was done in an extremely timely manner and the prices were much cheaper than neighboring stores. The owner of the phone store sat me down and discussed the difference between all the parts. Which one would be the best for me and the price breakdown of everything. The business is called honest repairs for a reason, and they stand behind their work and do good work. definitely impressed with the quality of work. I have gotten from honest repairs thus far and would recommend them to anybody I know.

What kind of mom would I be to not give my amazing son a glowing review? Mommy and the kitties love you! 🥰 Seriously, Reid is a great guy and cares very much about your right to repair items that you paid for and own. He is patient, kind, transparent, respectful of privacy, and honest. Data privacy is his passion and he loves to help others protect their personal info. Nothing jazzes him more than keeping big tech companies out of everyone’s personal business and educating people about scams. (Believe me, I hear about this stuff multiple times per day 😂)
