Purchased recently as a new homeowner. This is a great tool for a novice homeowner to routinely maintain their home (i.e. draining hot water heaters, cleaning gutters, changing ALL the filters). They have a maintenance calendar that syncs with my iCal. lso enjoying the inventory feature & prepping for some renos. In reading other reviews, I have yet to experience the financial traps, so I'll update my review if anything changes.

Warning: they will increase the price by 50% without any notification and when you ask them to remove your credit card information they will ignore your request. There is no way to remove it yourself.
