I am still in the signing on process for my new Aethos Real Estate app, but everyone there has been incredibly helpful in getting me set up, walking me (sometimes slowly as was necessary for this Boomer) through the process. Usually when a company is this customer centric and hands on their product is great. I hope so. That’s the kind of service I give my clients and always appreciate it when I get it in turn.

Quick update - we are now up and running and they have continued to be on top of things and very communicative. We are very happy!

I tried to give Homestack a chance, my clients were always complaining about the IDX integration, the maps, the search, the consumer facing platform- you name it- there was an issue. I requested a refund for the issues/ lack of use/ more so the inability of use and she told me it wasn’t her problem and pushed back on my cancellation and felt the need to tell me multiple times I’d still have access till the end of the month even though I told her multiple times even if I wanted to use the app, there was nothing my clients could even use. Being an entrepreneur myself I understand new tech has hiccups but had their customer service representative handled things differently, it would be a different story.
