I have lived here for almost 4 decades. The service and the staff are very accommodating. They have worked with me on a couple of occasions when I really needed them too. The service man is very polite and has always came over whenever there has been an emergency. I'm pleased with them.

Horrible customer service. Inadequate information on the statements. Not up to date with technology. They add and take amounts on the bills as they please without explanation of how we are being charge for water. Edison and the gas company offer a detailed invocation every month. They don't even understand their own system. Just horrible.

Horrible we don't get a statement or any notice that we are behind all our other bills we can pay on line and here their never open , we have a one year old and my wife is pregnant and the turn off the water . Just a bad company in genaral.

Sadly the water district leaves early any day of the week and has no online options to pay your bill.
