There not very welcomeing they have wait almost 15 minutes never said hello. And there a lady just ignored me act she was too busy. I want to pond my gold there but I said I'm out. Never said I be right with you or hello . Not too friendly. I try walk out the door lock on me then said it open n I left ... Rood... Good luck with that place high prices on there item also

What a joke of a business. They literally will offer you 20 bucks for almost 3oz of silver. The spot price is $29.72 and no I don't expect to get spot but they won't even give more than $10 per oz. I was expecting to maybe at the very least get $26 per ounce which leaves a $3.72 profit plus the premium that would also be applied when they sell it which is about $4 more per ounce. I understand the business model for pawning and would agree to the amount they quoted if it were a pawn and I was coming back to get it but this was a full sale. Do not take your silver or gold here as they will try to rip you off and not give even close to the value.

Found myself needing extra cash and so my researching and reading LOTS of reviews ( my first time visiting a pawnshop) I was extremely hesitant but being a business owner myself I know you can not please everyone!!so I decided to go on in and decide for myself and I’m glad I did . I was greeted and assisted by Kenny was was very helpful and informative thru the whole process. He was patient and Professional and made it a painless process. PLEASE make your own opinions and not let the reviews dictate your decision when looking for services. I know I’m glad I decided to.

The $5000 gold tester they have does not work. They did a scratch test and it passed. Still they did not trust my bullion

I have been a loyal customer of Steve Cullen and his pawn shop from the beginning. Sadly, today he showed his true colors. We had made an agreement for him to carry my loans until an estate settled. I also had several life threatening medical problems that both Steve and several of his arrogant, rude, liar employees knew about. At no time did Steve or his cocky employees state that there'd be additional charges on top of the already agreed upon charges! When picking up my items after what I thought was an agreement for everything, Steve's employee Kenny didn't acknowledge my jewelry and another item of high value! When approached about the high dollar item, Kenny said that a mistake was made and he needed to grab the item that he had just taken out to my car and switch it for another high dollar item ( Still not acknowledging the jewelry) Asking what the deal was, Kenny told me that Steve (Owner) had made a mistake. I was told to come back and check in on the following Monday to see what Steve would work out. Monday came and I was told that Steve was not there but gave another ridiculous amount to get my item back along with no acknowledgement once again on my jewelry!
Today, I went in to speak with Steve (Who was there this time) only to be rudely spoken to by a cocky, smug employee who went to the back to be the relay messenger for Steve (The coward thief) who couldn't even come out and speak to me man to man! I was told that my jewelry was gone! And at that point, our friendship and business ended for good! It will now be my goal to expose these crooks and end their business of stealing!
Do NOT give Steve any of your business! You will thank me later!!!
Your day of reckoning is coming soon, Steve! Mark my words!!!!

4/24/2023 I am now contemplating taking Steve to small claims court and let a Judge decide my case against the crooks.

See you in court Steve! Your shady business practices are going to finally be exposed! I have been told by an attorney after explaining my case that you don't have a leg to stand on when it goes before the Judge! I have all of my original pawn tickets and will be adding every single employee involved. It started with the Hawaiian who gave me the A OK in the beginning that you approved holding my items that included the jewelry. How do you think that it will go for you and your employees once presented to the court? You lied, Steve! And you're going to pay for it!

After a day of dealing with other pawn shops in the area that threw insulting numbers at me to purchase my item, i decided to stop in anyways. To my surprise , their customer service was very friendly and willing to work with you. Their positive attitude and smiling faces was just what i needed. Not to mention the money too. Employee number 069...two thumbs up from me.

I just got my Rolex out of here. It looks like they opened the back because there are marks on the inside of the band and they twisted the jubilee bracelet just a little bit. The big clue t hat I knew that they opened it was a speck of dust on the clock face that is on the inside. I went inside to talk to the clerk and he had no interest in what I had to say. All he could say is "How do I know that it wasn't like that when you brought it in?" These people will act fairly nice if there are no problems but they will take no responsibility for anything if you bring up an issue. In short these people are slime balls and I regret using them for a short term loan. I told them I was going to leave a bad review and his come back was "Don't spread lies". In short if you leave fine jewelry here, expect it to be taken apart and it may or may not be in the same condition that you dropped it off. Not happy.

Their guys are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, yet serious on firearms instruction.
The owner, Steve, super nice. Firearm associates, Nathan, Tony, Cameron, are all wonderful guys.
PS, can't beat their price: $25 DROS, $10 transfer fee. Totally only $35 !!!
