Do not be discouraged- data is reliable, but it’s not everything. LAD is growing. Currently small, but mighty. If you are looking for an educational setting where a child/high school student can begin to flourish in their critical thinking, problem-solving, civic engagement, astute character-building and social mindfulness skills, this is the school in the district that prepares the students for the three C’s- college, career, and their calling. Principal Lisa Wang and the entire administration and staff rolled up their sleeves for the past two years to revive a robust learning environment and for the students to feel safe in their overall growth through curriculum and advisory alike. The high level of importance placed on test scores is understandable. Yet, it’s safe to say this is a place where students can prove in many other ways, not only their academic competencies, but most importantly, their character.

I would not recommend this school. Everyday that pass, I wish I could do my high school years over cause my experience here was not it. This school doesn’t offer much and as the years go by, I feel nothing but regret attending this school.
Also, I’ve been trying to get my transcript from this school for the longest time and no one ever answers their phone. It’s frustrating.

Well… it’s ok but it is not great, I feel like it is soooo small but people there are nice, the school is not good really but the people are nice, do not expect to learn too much because it does not have too many teachers and the school do not bring like extra classes or anything like that
