To start I own a 1989 Jeep Cherokee xj. After calling around for about two days, I landed on high Desert lock. I simply needed a key cut for the doors on my vehicle. Not only did the gentleman inside help me remove the cylinder from my door but also worked me into his busy schedule. His professionalism and willingness to help above is leaps and bounds over every other locksmith. After the keys were cut, he insured all new keys fit properly. Going back inside to filing them down to make them fit smoothly. Ending our interaction with a fantastic price and warm customer service. I can truly say this is a business that cares about its customers and goes above and beyond In all aspects.

Very reliable and quick. Went in multiple times to get RV/ trailer keys and am very satisfied with the services. Reasonably priced so you can get 2 sets of (2) keys for less than $40. Highly recommended for getting reliable duplicates in person.

So impressed with this business. They were even referred by another locksmith who couldn’t get the keys we needed. We had an electric bike that we needed to get a second key made and they were able to grind it down to size. Super helpful, friendly, and professional.

Visited this place for 2nd time. The 1st time was exellent customer service . Unfortunately it was not a good experience at all. This guys are charging double now for their service. I heard a lady while making a couple of her car key being charged double. The same experience happened to me. This is ridiculous. Or are they becoming greety. A bold old white man helped me. Don’t know if he is the owner but he acted like it. Not corious and lout. Would not be visiting this place again. Goodluck to whoever visits this place.
