The photographers were amazing. The proofs were beautiful. We paid up front and never received our photos. So, upsetting. I know, i ordered prints. They also never received the department year books either! The photographers take amazing photos but you'll never get them. Do not use this company!

Ordered a police yearbook from Heritage Portraits for $50 with my department back in 2023. They said it would take a year for them to finish and send them out. It’s now 2025 and I still have not received my yearbook.

The photos they took online were not that great and the photographer was extremely touchy and kept making inappropriate comments to us ladies. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I’m looking into a refund for my purchase. Probably will have to go through the BBB.

AVOID! Flyer sent out to all of our fire stations advertised prints. Somehow that changed by the time we went for the seating; but, was not told to us. When presented with packages to pay for, I physically held an example and I asked THIS is what I get for "this" package along with the digitals? I was told yes. NEVER told that the $256 I was about to pay was for ONLY the digital pictures. So, essentially, I paid $256 to sit down and let them take my picture. Cause the price to actually get what they said I was paying for, which was one picture, is well over $300. In addition to the $256 already paid. My receipt even has the description of what I was wanting. Separate from the "digital" list. With nothing saying digital about that part. Sure, I do have the digitals; but, to now have to pay even more money for a quality print? I highly advise to stay away from this company.

Stay away from this company!!!! Our church had pictures taken from this company for a directory of our members with the option to purchase either digital or physical pictures or both. This was in April 2024 and as of today March 2025, I have still not received my physical pictures. (I spent $380 for the package) Our church staff reached out to them in January, (by email) after many complained about not receiving anything from them. The company is based out of Alabama which is where I live. After many emails and a couple of phone calls from a church staff member, they finally got things figured out. I had wanted the physical pictures for Christmas cards and for gifts, well that didn't happen, and all they said was "sorry for your inconvenience". What a bunch of BS!!! They said they sent the order to their photo lab in October to be printed and sent out ...never received them. They offered to resend my pictures but no refund. My advise to to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. By the way, we still haven't received our church directory.

On March 12, 2025 they said it was sent to the photo lab to be printed and to allow 10-14 days.

On April 23, 2025 they said "The order was replaced on March 26th, 2025. We have been notified that our print lab is behind in processing at this time, and are expected to have all orders completed and shipped by May 15th.

As of today May15, 2025 I haven't received my physical pictures or any correspondence from them.

Unfortunately, our police department chose this company to take our photos a year ago since then we have only received half of our order. We still haven’t received the other portion. They blame it on not having enough staff when you can get a response from this company .I would recommend that you not use this company. They are horrible. If they ever come to our department again I will opt out on not taking pictures. One of the worst companys I have ever had to deal with, and I hope that I would never have to deal with them again still waiting on half of our photos

I'd recommend not giving this company any of your money. Based on our experience, and other reviews, it feels like a scam.

It has been almost a year since our photos were ordered and I have nothing to show for it. Out dept has contacted lawyers to see what actions they can take.

Avoid This Company at All Costs!

I wish my department had read the reviews before doing business with this company. They are nothing but a scam. I like many others in my department paid $266.66 in May of 2024 for pictures that were promised to be delivered, and electronic copies delivered in two weeks after paying for them, but they never arrived. When I tried to reach customer service, they either ignored my messages or gave me vague, unhelpful responses such as they’re still working on doctoring the photos. I’ve spoke with others in my department, and this has been the excuse for the last two months. This company apparently likes to take advantage of First Responders, and scam them. They have absolutely no integrity whatsoever.

The whole experience has been a nightmare, and I’m now having to fight for a refund. It seems like they have no intention of following through on their promises. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company—they’ll take your money and leave you hanging. Save yourself the stress and frustration!

Disappointed with Service and Delivery

I had my photo taken in May 2024 and paid $150.00, expecting a professional experience and timely delivery. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have not received my photo.

I was initially told that the photo was being printed and would be sent within 15 days. However, that time has come and gone, and I still have no photo in hand. It’s extremely frustrating to feel misled and to have spent a significant amount of money without receiving the product.

I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Communication has been lacking, and the promises made were not fulfilled. I hope to see improvements in their customer service and delivery processes in the future.
