I had the worst renting experience in 21 years of renting. There are still open maintenance requests that are now a year over due. Customer service is horrible and they don't return messages or calls without multiple tries. Simply explained situations are not grasped and have had to repeat myself many times to be understood. Emergency situations were never resolved and basic tenant rights were violated many times by not supplying working carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarms, working outside lights, and working heat without gas leaks. There were many other safety issues with homeless people trying to break in and trespassing that were also never addressed nor measures taken to make sure tenants were safe. So glad I was able to leave once my lease was up. Awful, awful, awful experience!
