I have nothing but praises for the staff here. A mom and pop shop that does their very best. I took one of my old departmental binders in for copying and they were able to do the binder, copying, lamenting and tabbing for a reasonable price.

Had a couple of projects I needed done ASAP. Most other copy shops had a good wait for turnaround. Just happened to find this place on Maps.

Was a bit more than I thought for price, but they make up for with with superb customer service. Was able to get what I needed done the same day, and the quality was better than expected.

Would use again in the future. Nice maw and paw shop.

Everytime I come into the Mailbox, I'm always greeted with smiles and Excellent Customer Service! I like to enter an establishment with a smile, because its contagious. Plus, aside from dealing with the Public as I'm very aware of, any time of the day, can be Challenging. I've never had a problem with their service! They are totally complete! Plus, they have an assorted amount of items, for the casual customer. As an addition to their service, they have added a Jeweler Service. His name is Mark and he does Excellent work also!
The Owners are Helen and Rick. I recommend them to All of Hemet and anyone else, looking for Fast and Proficient Service!

I love coming here!!! the owner Annie is always so pleasant and polite to me and welcoming her business is waaaaay!!!! better than a postal office where they charge an arm and a leg to mail a package! She charges a flat rate no matter what size package and I’ve never lost anything in transaction so I truly trust her business plus I can pay my bills while I’m there all at once, her staff are kind as well I never feel rush they take the time to help me out no matter what and that’s y I keep coming back and will be a loyal costumer thank you Annie for your great costumer service it’s always a pleasure hun 🙂 ❤️

It's always exciting but rough with a few bumps and bruises to be old but still be a newbie as an "outsider" non local traitor from another rooted city to still be smart enough to learn the does or nots to blend in to new environment always on alert stand by, but feel Welcomed with Respect and integrity.

I love this couple they are so nice 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend for any bill payments,if you need packages and or mail that needs to get sent out, this husband and wife team are very helpful and professional but most of all the wife sells handbags for a very reasonable price another thing is l if at anytime you are short on funds to purchase something from such as designer hand bags your favorite sports memorabilia they are understanding and they allow you to either pay them later or the give you a discount they are the sweetest loving and caring people again I do recommend 10 out of 10

I had been going there for years and now it's under new ownership they suck .for one thing they got my sister's address wrong thank goodness I double- checked. They charged me $23 to send one purse, and on the package they failed to put my last name and her last name so I hope she gets her package. I'll never go back
