Just started my yearly maintenance plan on my heating and air. So nice to not have to worry about my equipment having any issues. Darryl my technician was great. He arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He didn't mind that I followed him around and asked 100 questions. He took the time to explain every question in detail with a smile on his face. Everyone I have spoke to on the phone has been beyond nice and gave me so much helpful information. Good job Hembree for the employees you have representing your company.

They were running pretty late but gave me the option to reschedule. I chose to wait it out and it was worthwhile. Daryl found the issue with my unit and replaced the defective part, working diligently late into the evening. We have two units and he did a tuneup on each one getting us ready for the hot months ahead. I am pleased with his work and his professional conduct.

I had an issue with my thermostat so I called Hembree. They put me on schedule for technician. He came and fixed it. He was very thorough. But what I liked most is how courteous he was. He had done my maintenance inspection before and has always been so polite and nice. A fresh air compared to service I've had with other companies. Even the office lady was so very nice. I highly recommend Hembree.

My heat was not working very well. 1/22/25 our snow day in Baldwin County. I called Hembree and received timely response and excellent service. Jesse Eddy, service technician, called and verified my service and told me what time he would arrive. Mr. Eddy was professional, explained what the issue could possibly be. Once he found the issue, he provided, expert service. Mr. Eddy thank you! Once, again excellent and quality service from Hembree.
