100% will always recommend. All of my images came out better than I would’ve ever thought. I had a problem accessing my digital images and the owner helped me fix the problem late after closing. You can truly tell she cares and loves her job.

We were looking so forward to this experience and were very excited and we were so disappointed. The lady working was NOT friendly or excited to see us at all!! We were waiting on the porch for her to finish with the other people getting their sonogram done. The door was locked and that’s fine. She comes to the door and we hear it unlock. She never said “hi, come in, opens the door-nothing. So we just assumed it was okay to go in. She never greeted us or smiled and she just asked us the questions checking in that she had to ask. We had a question and she just referred us to a picture on the counter. No explanations at all. I had someone coming in 10 minutes and I told her to go ahead and I could let them in and it was no problem. She made it clear to us that she had another appointment in 30 minutes and couldn’t wait. I didn’t ask her to wait at all. This is such a precious time and experience and she seems like she hates her job and the customers she is serving. The images look nothing like what is advertised and then at the very end of the sonogram she says she has not been able to get the pictures to download all day. That should have been said before the session began. So we left that day with no pictures. Tammy Newman

Robin has made our pregnancy so much fun and exciting. She is so sweet and helpful every time we were there. Our girl was stubborn for her 4D and Robin made sure we had a rescan with plenty of pictures. She always takes her time and never rushes us. The facility is always clean and inviting. I would recommend Hello Baby and Robin to everyone I know. 💗💗💗

I was extremely pleased with Hello Baby. My friend messaged Robin (the lady that works there) on FB and she responded quickly with a good time for us both to come in. When we got there we signed in, paid (only $30), and went straight back to the ultrasound room. It is a good size room with a huge sectional for your friends and family and a huge projector screen to view your baby on. You get plenty of pictures to take home and they have a gel warmer to warm the gel before it hits your stomach, that was the cherry on top for me. Thanks Hello Baby and Robin for the great experience, I will definitely be back!
