Purchased 2 machines brand new, customer service was above and beyond UNTIL the first major breakdown. 1st machine set for over 3 months and was very poorly put back together, second I was told “they are stepping away for me (the customer) to handle”) if you enjoy buying broken promises and getting screwed on your warranty Memphis location is where you’ll want to be! Dropped my excavator off with 750 +\- hours picked it up with 3700+/-

Finally found a place to get parts for my Yanmar construction tractor. Tom Reiners was able to work with me to figure out which parts I needed, from 150 miles away!! May be easier if and when they have a place in Knoxville, but he has made this work!! Thanks Tom!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever dealt with. They are very helpful to contractors in the sense that they understand the hustle and bustle of this work. Well the jury is still out on this situation. Bought a new ASV 75HD from Memphis.Machine has blown a seal 4 different times in the same spot while mulching. They responded quickly all 4 times and put new seals in but that didn’t fix the problem. Now we are looking at a high/low flow valve body which is on national backorder. Mulching head and machine just don’t seem to be in sink with each other. Needless to say I have been down and haven’t been able to use it!
