The receptionist and technician at the center were friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my dad in for a hearing test and hearing aide replacement. We arrived close to 10 minutes late but no one made a fuss seeing my dad in a wheelchair. His wait time was nonexistent. As soon as we checked in, the technician came to take my dad in for his test. The technician treated my dad with courtesy and professionalism.

It was a truly positive experience for my dad. I don’t know about other hearing centers, but the Hear for Life center is amazing and I would highly recommend any family or friends there.

Yes, it was an experience for me to come to your facility it's the first time that I've actually really got my ears checked the way I did yesterday at my visit the gentleman that was attending to me was so very helpful gentle and compassionate and explaining to me in detail what he was going to do during my test it was an amazing feeling how things turned out and how he explained and detailed to me what to expect and how long it's going to take for my insurance to process to get an okay for my hearing aids I never thought that this would happen to me but it has and I thank you for being so explainable to me and experience I had in your office I thank you and I'm looking forward to coming back for another test and for the moment when it comes to work my hearing aids will be ready for me to use and how to use them I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the new experience and the journey that I'm about to start!
