Install was fine and the new system works great but the company is denying to fix the damaged lights in my home.
Some of my kitchen lights were damaged while the Install crews were putting in new ducting and vents in my home. While the Install crews were crawling around the attic over the kitchen, a few of my recessed style kitchen lights were pushed down from the ceiling. They will no longer sit flush and they hang out. I have been trying to get the company to replace my lights, but Hansens is denying the repairs. I was told by a manager that the springs are weak in the lights and they are not responsible to fix them. Yes, the springs maybe weak but to deny that a full grown man crawling over them had nothing to do with it is a bit rash. Before the new A/C unit was installed, my lights were not damaged. During install, my lights began to pop out of the ceiling. I am asking that Hansens makes this right.

They went out to my house to check an old 40 gallon gas water heater and came back to quote me $2,800. I told them thank you, went out and bought the same exact water heater for $540 and paid a plumber $300 to help me install it. I figured $840 vs $2,800 is a no brainer for me. Thanks for the price gouging.

Install was quick. Great service. Only issue occured when removing the inside system, the closet door frame was knocked loose. There is some slight damage to the frame and paint. Was told that a supervisor would be reaching out to discuss a solution.

Right as my new rental unit gets a tenant, the 7yr old water heater starts to fail. Thankfully Hansen was quick to come out and not only diagnose the situation, but replace the water heater the same day. The price was fair and everything was handled professionally and promptly.

Unfortunately he did not have the parts he needed when he arrived the first day even though I explained what I needed when I called in so the repair had to wait for the next day.

They did not complete the job. They snaked 2 bathrooms and now everything has backed up into my kitchen and they want to charge me another 500$ to fix what they messed up. Which would be a total of 1,100$ for maybe an hours worth of work.
