My AC was making a noise. So I called Hansen's to see what was wrong. They gentlemen came out Monday 2/10. Advised my mother that the inside blower motor was broke and the cost to replace it $1600. Then he went outside to check the outside..was told that blower motor was bad as well...another $1600...so total $3000 plus some change. Then said that if we replaced both motors the system will probably break and would cost 12,000 to replace. I think they guy was trying to scam my mother. I had Atlas heating/cooling come to my place 2/11. They looked over everything....blower motors are NOT going out. They quoted $8600 for a new unit. Hansen's you should be ashamed of yourself!! Do better....horrible service.

Cole was a very experienced technician who was able to locate the problem we were having with our unit in a matter of minutes. He was very knowledgeable, professional and was able to get the job done. If we ever have problems with out unit again we will not hesitate to contact Hansen Air Pros.

From the sales all the way to the installation they were courteous and professional. I had worked 12 hours the night before I simply just opened my front door and I went to work trying to be as quiet as they could why they installed a whole unit. They tapped on my door when they were finished and I was very pleased. On another note when Chad was getting started real world and Mobile my sister Recommended his company because they were using it at Prudential Cooper. Chad came out on a Sunday and all I’ve got to say is this man really took care of my issue that’s why I decided to use his company no matter what when I went for a complete system. Good people

This company is very responsive, prompt and professional from the time you schedule the call, get the initial inspection, speak with financing and then receive the installation. We could not have picked a better company. The lady we spoke to in financing, Christina, was so nice and professional. The company had six guys come in and within 2 hours had whole inside and outside Trane System installed and up and running. Not only were these guys all knowledgeable they were some of the nicest techs I have ever had perform work at our home. Also something that spoke very high of them was the fact that they spoke so highly of the company and what a great place it was work work and more specifically the owner. Thank you Hansen. We will definately be puting you on our list to refer to others.

Used for HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Have had a number of recent issues with billing, communication and affordable service. Prices used to be competitive. Now seem higher than other service providers in my area. Have used this company for many years. Disappointed to see the service quality fade as the company has grown but not surprised. Tried to make contact with someone at the company to discuss issues but they did not return my call.
