They send people to your house then after being told by a minor that the adult isn't they're. They proceed to interrogate the minor. Then sit in front of your house and call you and when you inform them that them talking to your minor is illegal without concent first they get mad. Either way if your told the parent is at work and what time they'll be home you should leave and come back when they are home. Not sneak around the law. Specially when there is no trespassing signs all over the property. Do better you want to protect the kids you also need to protect their rights as well. And make sure there ain't cameras of you doing so and trampling all over the rights of the children and parents.

I’m not understanding how can u let a man go free after having sex with his own daughter but turn around and take my kids away for missing one appointment and my house was messy because I was single and with 4 kids and not only that you still allow that man around other kids to do the same thing he done his daughter while I’m without everything and no responsibilities so I could be out here with nothing lefted to do but sell myself to survive because y’all all work together fbi ssi food stamps and children devision and that’s how you take people kids conflicting interests it’s sad and because I moved back to Springfield with my kids after 3 years in bolivar shout outs to them they help you get your kids back you people selling people kids and destroying their future mine was abused in dcfs care and was nothing done but my son a lier and put on meds I’m a good mother and was wrongfully robbed for my kids and got them back In bolivar in a month it seems like this is personal

We were transferred from Phelps county to Greene county and landed with case worker Jaden sharp. Wow I have not enough words for this caseworker. He was absolutely amazing and very professional in his job. He didn’t make us feel like we were under radar or condescending or anything at all he was very helpful in our situations answered every question that rose and helped us with what he could as far as clothing vouchers and court dates team dates and house calls which we had none of this with the previous county. We need more professional employees like this one in our Greene county office. I hope this employee gets recognized and a good raise for all the hard work he has poured into our case 5 star for you Jaden Sharp and thank you for a job well done

Me and my daughters mom are not together. So, we do joint custody on our daughter. My daughter's mom severely neglected her, we were hotlined by hospital staff at Mercy and this Greene county division had an investigation open. They only did a house check on me, and sent her mom a letter in the mail saying everything is okay? When my daughters mom put my daughter in a life threatening situation. These people do not care about the children they're supposed to help. They only give girls a freebe on everything. And on top of that, called the investigater we had assigned to our case more than 10 times over the span of 2 weeks, and only got one call back. These people SUCK. And if you're a man. GOOD LUCK. They discriminate by gender. And by race.

Been calling in for about 5 days now and waited all day and no one will answer. And when they say that youcan press 1 to be called back without loosing your line in place...what happened to the call back...oh yea...never happened. Also what happend to people going into the office and who is the case worker for my case cause I have no clue. Greene county DFS needs to do something for its people.

Under staffed and over-worked. Too many children are slipping through the cracks and it is not ok. I don't know what the agenda of the supervisors are but it doesn't seem to be the protection and well-being of the children. A thorough investigation is needed into why so many offenders are recieving their children back or never having them taken away. How many more dead children with it take before Greene County comes out of the dark ages and catches up with the rest of the state and the rest of the country?

Your front desk receptionist is really rude and hateful. I tried calling with some information about a situation (not hotline) and she got mad that I did not have a SW name. Problem is, I dont know the SW but I do have the childs name and info. "I have 100's of staff so who do you need?" I responded with "anyone" and she hung up on me.

I wouldn’t even give this a star but you have to unfortunately! I been trying to get urgent family medical for my children and me for a week cause they didn’t update my address! They are making my children suffer without their medicine because they turned it off for their negligence! How is this even right?! They expect so much from us but they can get away with so much for doing to us! This is un-justice! I’m going to try and make this go viral!
