i have a checking and safety box here and everyone here is so professional. I remember when i set up my safety box and the young lady hadn't set one up, but she was very professional in calling the main office and finding out how to do it and we got it done in no time. I'm very thankful for this. Bank is open on Saturdays with a charming friendly staff..

If I could give less than one star I would. Especially the greenfield, Mo location. They are rude and hateful.
They gave us such a hard time with closing an account for a family member that passed away recently. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
Do yourself a favor and find a different bank. Cause someone needs to have a talk with their entire staff on compassion.

I don't know who the girls think they are trying to impress, but I'm really disgusted in the customer service and so-called 'professionism' at this branch. One girls bra straps were showing and couldn't even answer a simple question. I will be changing banks and getting ahold of corporate.

I waited for an hour for a deposit and they still couldn't figure it out. Had to take it to another bank and it was done within 10 minutes. Definitely not a good experience every time I go in.

They have pending deposits but don't post the items until the actual date and it takes them forever to post any transaction
