They are supposed to input my Moms phone’s number on the package , but they put my phone number on the form instead. So my important docs were not delivered at my mom’s address because they kept calling the wrong phone number. But the packages were routed back to me. I wasted 90 dollars on this service. I have called them twice, requesting that they take responsibility for this mistake. No one has responded to my phone call. Terrible. I will not use them again. Their service has been going downhill since the change of ownership.

Hands down the worst and the most expensive postal service I ever went to in my life. This should be a crime. The only reason why I went to this one is because Office Depot system was down. Always get priority shipping and never paid over 6.00 came to this one and it was 17.03 for small 10*9*4 package. Definitely over charged! Never again! Not only that, they are very rude as well! The only nice person there is the man that works there. Never again!

I held my tongue when she said we shouldn’t be here early to an appointment, not the most friendliest shop. Will definitely give feedback to the company that made my appointment here to get prints done.

Went in for a notary service at 8:50 am, the lady behind the counter told me the notary would be there at 9am. So I walked around outside till 9:10, came back in, asked her for the notary and she said they come in at 10. When I told her you said 9, she straight up lied to my face and said no I said 10!!!. Instead of lying to a customer say the truth that you probably called the employee and they weren't coming in till later! Horrible service!!! Went to ups around the corner was done in 5 minutes.

This is a great small business that offers a personal alternative to the huge copy/business services chain. It is so convenient to Granite Bay, Roseville, Rocklin too. Every time I've gone there, I've parked directly in front.

I have used this location for my business PO Box for many years. They are friendly and professional. I like the local "mom & pop" shop vibe they have here.
