Worst experienced.. Feb 17 25 around 5:00p.m. I was about to get some stuff and the men cashier in front was so rude.. He also changed the price because he said it wasnt right price.. So I waited so they can change the price then he let me waited for a more long time to get charged

Extremely rude staff at the front desk. 1/3/25 around noon, walked in and immediately by some miserable looking lady giving me the dirtiest look. I had said hello because that's just who I am but she immediately scoffed and looked me up and down. I don't know what her issue is and the guy next to her at the front desk followed suit. I did not feel welcomed here at all, I don't jump to conclusions but she clearly was very disrespectful and the same occurred when I left. I was ignored and looked down on when I left. I've never encountered this rudeness at any other goodwill. I'm not from here so there must be something in the air in this area...

This store is a bust for me small men's sections compared to other GW stores in the area. They have more women's clothes then anything else here expand men's section then I can talk biz with y'all

I went there today. waiting in line between 5.30 pm to 5.40 pm. They have 2 lines Left and Right cashiers seems both of them new. The one who has beard and blonde, and the stupid one the one on the Right side who has curly wavy darker hair. I was waiting on the Right side.
This stupid idiot male cashier called the male customer who were waiting in the left side. I told him (the ugly wavy darker hair cashier). I was here before him. He said No the line in the left side you have to wait in there. I've been going to Highland Goodwill so many damn times and never heard that before. They always have 2 lines. Left and Right . This stupid cashier trying to prove his right by saying something stupid and wrong. Usually the older tall nice guy who helping me in the cashier. Not my lucky day met such stupid idiot ugly new cashier today at Goodwill Highland. Thank you so much for being ugly and stupid!!!

This Goodwill is very organized and very nice staff. I also got super lucky when I went in last week. I found a Vintage Christian Dior Blazer for $16 that I could have resold for $200, but decided to keep it cause it was just so beautiful. Will definitely be back for more trips. Also, I love that they have a section for formal Wear! I don't have to rummage through the racks to find scattered formal attire. This store is super convenient and definitely one of the nicer Goodwill's in Redlands.

Every time I go in their the staff follows me like I stole something I was a very loyal customer. Everyone does not steal. Dont understand why do you have to be followed and you are a faithful loyal customer? I love helping people in need by buying items and giving to those who have nothing I love to bless others with purses, shoes clothes, wallets etc. I love doing a good deed. When you are being followed for no reason you dont want to do a good cause! I will find another store so I can do a good cause. I love to see people smile. When I see people smile it makes my day very happy.When your somewhere and they accuse you of doing something you get spooked like you did something wrong when you didn't. I will go if my parent goes to go shopping but I will never shop at this store in this location again they didnt loose my parent to shopping however they did loose one loyal customer which is me. Although I like to dress I bought for $8.99 brand new with the tags still on it it was too big so I had to go exchange the next day they are very kind about it and I enjoy shopping at that store

Always love the Goodwill for affordable clothes.

Pay attention with kids' pants tho as they seem to like to ruin the elastic waists by stretching them out on the pant hangers rather than hanging upside down as they should.

I often complain to someone about this and show them the problem. And it still happens. Maybe someday they will get a clue and stop doing it!
