Crap place, crap service, charging us for a mystery month that was missed when WE HAD PROOF ON OUR BANK STATEMENTS THAT IT WAS PAID! Oh and crap water, if you don’t have a filtration system in your home CSD sure as heck isn’t in your best interest. Don’t get me started on the blonde with glasses that’s always got an attitude.

I don’t know what it is with customer service lately, but I detest being condescended to. I called to set up water for a home we just purchased. Being a first time home buyer, I had the audacity to ask if the fees for reconnecting the water couldn’t be paid online or over the phone. I asked, “so I have to come in?” Silly me, right? Right now I live two hours from Tehachapi while we wait for HHG’s to be delivered, so of course I’m going to ask if I can pay online. I was met with a condescending, “well yeah…” This water company has terrible customer service. I’ve called them a couple times and was met with rudeness. My husband has also had the same experiences with trying to get ahold of anyone there. If there were other water companies I could choose from, I’d be shopping around for another company.

Also, it amazes me that a water company would only be open Monday through Thursday. Like people wouldn’t need to reconnect water on a Friday or weekend.

First off, this is nothing against the guys the do the work and fix the leaks. They are always nice and wanting to fix the problem.

We had 2 leaks, gallons of water running into my yard at first, then 2 months later another leak running down the street. These leaks are on their side. Wasting a lot of water on nothing. I called each time, and the girls on the office didnt act like they care. I had to call 5 times on the first leak, and bug them to send someone. Same with second one.

Next time, I will video it and send it to the media. We as customers can't waste water, but they can, that isnt right. Something is wrong in their office.

had a slow water leak pipe near my shut off near garage. they shut the main off but leaked too gave me info to do my job right................THANKS RUSSEL AND JR OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE

I called to check if services were turned on for a property, I called and someone answered and I was wondering if services were turned on for a property and all they was "okay and?" And I replied "well do you need the address" and provided it to them. No customer service, extremely rude.
