Under new management. Every time I come here they have outstanding customer service. I pass many recycling centers in the high desert and this is my go to one.

They have been very quick and reliable in the past. Recently ( the week before Christmas) they got so busy that they ran out of cash. When I went one worker just flipped the open sign to closed without saying a word. He just held the sign with a blank face. So I had to leave. Thankfully when I came back later the guy who works in the office who I am amusing is a manager or something explained the situation. I hope to have service with them in the future again.

Took my cans in sunday may 24 at 1130am to be told they are out of money and that I can either come back Tuesday or they could weigh then and pay me tuesday morning. Told the employee that I would be in LA tuesday and would it be possible for my wife to get the cash for me, they confirmed with the owner so I weighed up and before I left the same employee told me the boss was opening up on memorial monday, so the next morning I headed over for the doors to be locked at 10am. Sat around for 15 minutes and decided to go on with my day. Come to this morning, Tuesday. Wife shows up at 945, employees are waiting but the door is locked. She called and was told the owner is at the bank and will be there shortly to open. So having our two kids with her, she went on with her day and did what she needed. After getting back at 1245, she is then told that she cant cash it because it is in my name and that he is low on funds already. WHY are you operating a recycling business with limited $$ everyday? WHY would you say you were going to open up and not?

If I could give it zero stars I would. These guys come when they want and close when they want. It's past 9am and nobody is here. They always run out of money before noon. Horrible service every time.

Lunch is from 12- 12:30. Very nice guy. I have been coming here for a long time. Not the best price.

No one working here, nice way to run a business. ( I showed up a couple of hours after they opened up knocked on the buildings waited around 10 minutes or so and never saw or heard anyone.)

Beware, make sure you have an idea of how much your recyclables are worth and ask for a receipt. I was cheated once again and did not receive anything for the 50lbs of glass that I turned in. Unfortunately I did not realize this until I got home and did the math, as I knew the weights for everything I had.

Super chill staff. Prices seem pretty decent and it's always a little so repeat business is always a good sign
