I would personally recommend their services for evaluation. I got my High School Diploma and Associate Degree evaluation some days back. Process was very simple, just went with all my original degrees, they photo copy and returned me back same time. Paid the fees and I was called today to collect my evaluation. It was ready when I went to collect today. Easy and simple and no issues at all.

The worst possible service. I got my diploma on December 12th and it still hasn't been returned. They sent me an email a few days later. They sent me a pay order, I filled it out, they sent it back and did it again, I paid $100 more. They didn't refund my money because they said we were on vacation and didn't see the order in time, they forced me to make a copy. Despite this, I waited, called them, they told me to come on December 16th. 36 days for an evaluation and translation

I would highly recommend Globe Language Services (GLS). Initially, I was skeptical and fearful after seeing so many negative reviews, but I decided to give them a try—and it turned out to be the best decision ever! I brought my original certificates and transcripts from my home country to their office. The agent was very polite, helpful, and made copies of all the necessary documents. I was told that my evaluation report would be mailed by 9/9/24.

Since I had 13-14 documents for course-by-course evaluation,
I had to pay a premium price. With Labor Day in the timeline,
I expected a delay, assuming my report would be sent on 9/10. To my surprise, I called on 9/10, and they informed me that the documents had already been mailed! I received them promptly on 9/11.

I’ve read reviews claiming that GLS is biased and does not provide proper evaluations, but I didn't notice any such issues. My evaluation was accurate—I have a 3-year bachelor's degree,
1-year master's, and an MBA from my country, all evaluated as equivalent to U.S. standards. I had previously done an evaluation with WES, and the results were the same.

There was one small error regarding the name of my university in the report, but when I contacted GLS via email, they sent a corrected copy to my home the very next day without any extra charge.

Overall, it was the best service with great excellence!

Birth certificate evaluation is $90.( 10 days with pick up)
I have attached their fee rates. Little higher than Josef and Silny Associate.

The bathrooms are bad with pee on seats. Like a cage, you could hardly stand between seat and door.

Yesterday, I went to pick up my high school transcript from Global Language Services for evaluation. I got up early and arrived around 9:00 AM. There weren’t many people there, so I was attended to right away and greeted warmly. However, when I informed the front desk agent that I was there to pick up my transcript, she told me it wouldn’t be ready until 3:00 PM. This was surprising because, while the transcript was completed within the 10 days as promised, I expected it to be ready in the morning.

The agent did look in the computer to see if they were ready, but unfortunately, they weren’t available yet. She mentioned that they do things on a schedule, meaning the transcript wouldn't be available until the afternoon of the pickup day. This didn’t sit well with me, so I asked to speak with a manager.

Damian, the manager, was fantastic—probably one of the nicest people you’ll meet in New York City. He quickly looked into the situation and worked with me to ensure I received my transcripts before 3:00 PM due to my specific circumstances. If you’re planning to pick up your transcripts, just know that they are typically ready after 3:00 PM.

Overall, thanks to Damian, I had a positive experience. He truly went above and beyond to help me, and I’m grateful for that. We need more managers like Damian in the world. The other staff members I encountered were also friendly and helpful.
