If I could give zero stars I would, my family member was sent here for treatment. Family members repeatedly spoke with the nurse practitioner and never got clear answer’s. The doctor is never in office. Doctor says she will give you call and doesn’t call until you have to beg. Doctor just wants money money and more money. She is all about the money and not about the patient care. I recommend that you don’t come here, please take yourself or family members elsewhere. You will be in better hands and actually speak to the Doctor in person.

I cannot urge you enough to find another doctor. You see, Dr. Bui is NOT the doctor that will be treating you. She does NOT treat patients. In fact, this should be illegal because she's NEVER there. When I went
through chemo it was another doctor who did NOT treat me either. She never assessed me, not once. Now, it's a Physician's Assistant, and she will only take appts over the phone. Pathetic. This place could care less about our lives. I have gone over a week without my Letrozole many times. DON'T PUT YOUR LIVES IN THE HANDS OF THIS JOKE OF A FACILITY.

I advise not to do put your trust in this clinic. My mom medical records were supposedly lost by the doctor before treatment. The doctor gave unsure diagnosis. I don’t understand how this can happened. Also they left my mom in the chemo room plugged in after closing hours. Luckily the receptionist barely out the door saw my mom unattended was there and had to unplug her. There something not right with this clinic.

Refuses to return phone calls. My MIL has been unable to get her cancer meds for over a month. This is not the 1st time she's had problems getting it. Is it an important, life saving drug? Nurse won't ask doctor or answer question. Do Not go to dr bui!

Very disappointed with this medical office. I had an appointment with the doctor on a Monday but was seen by a nurse practitioner (I have nothing against using NP for general medical, but not for a specialist office). I was told the doctor was in a meeting but the NP would confer with the doctor later that day and would get a call back from the doctor. By Friday I had not heard from the doctor (or anyone) so I phoned on the following only to get voice mail. The following week, still no call back. Very unprofessional. I cancelled my follow up appointment and have scheduled with Stanford.

I have been treated monthly for my blood condition. I do not need to see the head Doctor because my condition has been stable for 2 years. Nice ladies on the staff. They spoil me.
