I’ve been taking all my vehicles to Gillespie Tire for years. I can confidently say that they are the best in the business. Their honesty, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service set them apart from any other shop I’ve used. They never push unnecessary repairs and I always know my vehicle has been taken care of. Has a slow leak in a tire and they got us right in without an appointment. The very next week, our daughter lost her bank card, the kind ladies who found it call Gillespie tire to see if maybe Mrs Gillespie knew the name. Thankfully she remembered we were in there the week before and called to tell us the card was found she would gladly hold on to it for us. Small town living, and kind honest people are what brought us back to Prattville after 11 years. The folks at Gillespie Tire went above and beyond! And we are so grateful.

2015 Tahoe LT needing a oil cooler line replacement. Pigg Enterprises sent us to dealership to cover the part replacement and not only was the service terrific but the overall conduct of everyone was great. Mechanic was quick and efficient (once local parts delivery got to the garage) and I particularly noticed the attention to detail by the mechanic when he installed the item. Big shout out to this business for their professional work and commitment.

Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. From my seat in the waiting room I was witness to the work being done on my Infiniti. The technician was super. His attention to detail, even with this common job, was outstanding.
The price for the oil change was MUCH less than I have been paying at where I used to take my cars.
Great job! I have a new shop for my car needs!
