They are very kind and everything, but if you miss a single payment they send you like 5 letters in a week and they arrive at your house like twice. I know it is compliance to pay on time but I find this somewhat exaggerated.

Than was charged $9.99 I've called the Wausau store 5 times no return phone from management. I called today Beth answered Assistant Manager her remark to me it's just ten dollars well my respond back I'm on SSDI ten dollars would buy food for me. I also remark that if I owed you $1000.00 the manager would call me right away. Beth hung up on me,Rude Management.
I never missed a payment and paid off earlier, not a thanks for your business at all.
Never will buy again from this business.

Soon as You miss a payment it don’t matter If you In the hospital, Jail, Nothing they Money hungry as Hell like damn. They come beating on the door like the police like seriously invading our space.

Would go lower but I cant. I'm wouldn't recommend them at all. They give out personal information there not allowed to give out to others and that was done by a so called assistant manager( Beth). No one in that store knows much of anything. Your better off saving your money and waiting tell you can buy out right instead of paying 10xs the amount. Reba needs to get her store in check. I even had some one who was the so called owner of the store tell me it's her store and shell fire who she wants to. Can't even call anybody in a corporate number cause they don't give one showing they don't care about complaints.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Where to begin...just save yourself the hassle and don't go to this store. My experience so far.

(.1 update) Hopefully all will be a resolved soon, communication was direct and seem like a fair compromise can be possible.(.2) never happened and the Manager is a straight up lair and incapable of accountability or following the basic outline of a contract.

1. DAMAGED AND LOST PARTS (so much missing can't even be hobbled together. They came and had to replace a broken dresser that they packaged and disassembled.

2. MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN EMPLOYEES

3. OFFER HOME DELIVERY SERVICES( not available) but our stuff was in a van. When we had to haul it for them because they (didnt) have a van...

I did everything over the phone and when I got to the store, everyone was so friendly. They had all of my paperwork ready to go, along with my product. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.

I used to LOVE this place. They actually are the reason my credit was able to stabilize! But then recently.. my boyfriend used my card to pay his account, it declined twice. Then used a different card and it went through and that transaction closed the account completely. It was paid off. TWO DAYS LATER, I receive notification that two transactions were approved that went to get it now. I'm like ummm.. no. 261$ they have in their possession of mine and no one is returning calls, corporate isn't returning calls either. My card company said THEY have to issue the refund for the money, otherwise we are just going to have to file a claim against them. Which I don't want to do. I like these guys and I like getting stuff through them. But I would love to not just GIVE AWAY 261$ to whoevers pocket it went into. I would like to see SOMEONE take accountability for the situation that is happening with one of their loyal customers. Correction, TWO loyal customers.. this is really saddening.

Bad customer service. I went to get it now for a ps5 and one of the employees took my fiancés information out of the companies system, spam called her phone, left nasty messages and threatened with cops. I’ve talked to our store and the regional manager and haven’t heard back about what will be done. Would not recommend this company to anyone as they let their employees steal info harass and threaten customers and their family. We have mention our two month old baby in the house.
