I've dealt with Gene-Del for several years for printing for a convention, so when I needed my own wedding invitations and wedding programs printed, I turned to them. They did a great job, and had a quick turn-around. I appreaciate everyone at Gene-Del. Our wedding programs were a rush job, as I didn't even get the file to them until the Thursday morning before my wedding, but by Friday morning, everything was ready for pickup. Awesome service!

I was very eager to try out this local business for my company's business card needs but had SUCH an awful experience I regret it! The person who runs it (Keith) doesn't listen to your requests-I needed an exact quote prior and he kept sending me the same vague quote that he first sent (this should have been my first clue.) Then, even though I sent him the files from my designer that listed the pantone colors he AT THE LAST MINUTE said that he couldn't do the job because of the 3 colors in the logo-the DAY I actually needed them delivered! I also caught a very unprofessional remark emailed to my assistant, even before this happened about 'just walking away' from the order. I got FAR superior customer service from VistaPrint and they are a huge company!-I expected more from a small, local company. Save yourself stress and find another company.
