We visited the store in Gilroy and were greeted by Jonathan. He helped us look for what we wanted, and even though it was not in his inventory, he offered to order it for us, and found us another store that did have it. Definitely recommend..

Came here on Black Friday midday. Five people on duty - 2 on register, one stuffing boxes, one talking and answering phones and another on a smoke break. With only seven people allowed in they should be focused on quick transactions, but a register stood idle. Completely ridiculous that 40% of your staff is customer facing.

Best customer service oriented young professionals.

We enjoy our shopping experience at Game Stop because the gamers who are employees always make the BEST recommendations and help us parents choose appropraite games by describing what the games will show (violence, nudity, etc). We make an informed decision to purchase age appropriate material based on our discussion. Great people.

Fantastic customer service. I signed up for their rewards at another location, hadn't gotten email to activate came here and they walked me through it and got my $5 monthly coupon which ended up in a free Pokemon card packet. My son is an avid Pokemon card collector (7years old) so he'll get a free little pack every month. We'll be coming here for sure. Waiting in line the staff's interaction was fantastic with another customer talking about the new God of War game and the important detail it is a sequel. They didn't have the new game for PS4 but customer walked out with the previous version since he needs the much needed background for the new game. Fantastic place, great experience walking in vs buying online.

Awesome visit. I showed up 10 min before closing and Jonathan was on point! Great guy. Super friendly, great information about exactly what I needed and great service. I definitely appreciated the help and his energy! Didnt catch the other guys name that was there but he was a great help as well and have some great insight to the devil may cry series. Couldn't have been a better visit.

Spent about an hour here on black friday. Including the 50 minute wait for doors to open.

Customer service was good. Crowd control was even better.

I don't game much anymore but if rather go here than the other choices in the immediate area for gaming products and info.
