Can't find competent staff anywhere this shop. Last week I was looking for ballerina slippers, they didn't know if they had any. I found racks of them by the socks.
This week I found a scarf with no price, took me 10mins to find an assistant, she told me to go to the main ' kasse' they would know. I stood in a huge queue and when I got to the till she simply said I don't know, go to the other 'kasse'. A half an hour of wasted precious time. No wonder these kaufhouses are closing down!
