The team is not just technically capable but very easy to work with, great communication and plain ole good guys. Patient with customers who may not be tech-savvy. We had motorized dual shades by Alta installed on the first level of our home. We absolutely love them! After first seeing a similar product on a home tour, I took a photo of the blinds and reached out to Chris to see if he offered anything like them. He was able to bring me a working sample and a book full of fabric choices. They installed all of the blinds perfectly and we couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product. Really poor experience with this company and their owner, Jeff. AV and internet set up was done unprofessionally and very sloppy/untidy. Internet was not configured optimally with different networks, I had to reprogram almost all my TV remotes because they were all different and also had to pay someone else to come in and clean up all the wires which were left extremely messy and carelessly.
