Should have read the reviews! My small nonprofit paid this company thousands of dollars in hopes of a good platform to help save our veterans lives. 4 days into the platform I learned what the sales associate lead me to believe was false.

I never used the platform since it doesn't work for us and they kept they $4000 down payment. We lost out, our veterans lost out, but Funriase walks away with our donors money.

This platform is absolutely AWFUL!!! First they guilt your donors into paying fees on your website without you desiring this change then they threaten to send my faith-based non-profit to collections because THEIR system locked me out of my account, it took me 2 months to get their rep on the phone and when I do he tells me I have to verify my bank account with microdeposits. When the deposits come through I can't enter them to verify the account due to THEIR system. I wish I could give them a 0!!
