This is a fully honest review; I will also explain my short comings also. I signed up for FullBay, got started, went through integrations, which was really awesome, everyone was super helpful, I had some promos on my trial subscription, which they tell you about and let you know you need to cancel them before the trial is up. the thing they neglect to tell you is when your trail is up unless you ask them, and they do not send out any reminders either. I went past my date and got a charge for well over $600, I am a single person managed small business and do not have that type of capital to throw away for a program that I don't use. I emailed immediately and tried to resolve the issue, they were able to cancel the subscription, but denied any refund, even though I hadn't used the service. I like their system, and I like how it works for the most part. But I will not be recommending this to anyone due to their inability to understand and work with people due to their own company policy. The charge was $667.00 and I was only supposed to be paying right under $240.

In 2017, I was on the hunt for a system that would help me run my repair shop in an efficient manner. I demoed several systems that did not meet my needs, and then dreamed of how I could make my own system, that would be tailored specifically to a Heavy Duty repair shop. Thats when I discovered FullBay! As a company, they were still in the beta testing phase, so I was able to come on board, use the system, and help tailor it to work better for me. It was amazing to use a system that worked about exactly how I had dreamed and hoped it could be. Thank you, FullBay for helping me realize my dream!!
This system has helped my shop run much more efficiently, from estimating to adding parts, from tracking time to billing. It works as a complete package, and then integrates with QuickBooks for the accounting side.

If negative reviews were possible I would give them. Gave all these empty promises and never even onboarded our company.

They make you sign an annual contract when I couldn’t even get setup with the company. Now they are trying to charge me 12 Months and the program couldn't even perform like they stated.

I will be reporting to the BBB next. I can provide any screen shots email proof if needed.

Everything is a work around, the program does not flow nicely. Customer Service Help is garbage. The only update is fancier features you don't need for a price that you don't want. Is it better then pen and paper, yes. Is it a shop management program for the 21st century, a resounding NO!

I wish I could give them no star. Customer support team is pathetic. Their COO also doesn't respond to his emails. They always have an issue with the intergration to quickbooks. There is noone competent in their team to handle issues with the quickbooks integration. Pathetic service
