Hands down the best I.T. team I've had in my workplace, even compared to well-staffed in-house teams. These folks get back to me almost immediately every single time with everything I need, navigate around my lack of understanding flawlessly, and when something needs to be done in-person, I see Frank almost as soon as I hit send!

Beyond that, the range of things they help with is beyond what I've ever gotten from an I.T. team. Whether it's helping me with complicated integrations in Sharepoint or mounting a TV and white board on my wall, these guys have yet to let me down!

My office had been searching for a new I.T. team because the company we were with started raising prices and price gouging us. I found Fresh Managed IT online and gave them a call.

Ron was super awesome. He answered all of my questions and even made arrangements to drive down to my office that was 3 hours away, just to introduce himself and talk more about our needs. THAT is customer service.

Once we decided to sign up with them, the process was easy. They set up a time and day to come out and install equipment and get all the computers in the office setup. It was a simple and fairly quick process.

The whole team is very nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to any office looking for a quality I.T. team.
