Not impressed with how the event parking was handled. I was polite when we asked to use the public parking lot that we use every week that we also pay for. I asked for a phone number so I could speak to someone in management. That was not allowed. Our whole team had to walk a 1/4 mile with all our gear taking multiple trips through the half full parking lot to our practice. So yeah, logistics I hope your better at that than community relations. Hey we’re here every Tuesday night if you want to swing by and apologize. That would go a long way.

When you rent out a whole parking lot and deny access to a local youth league, you’re being unreasonable. We asked to have quick access to be able to drop kids off but you felt the need to tow your unreasonable line. You barely used half the lot. Might want to rethink your impression on the community next time.

I'd give them 0 stars of I could. Feel the need to block parking for youth hockey in chattanooga because their event is more important than youth sports in our area. Even the officers agree the area is not the best and walking that distance isn't the safest.

Dishonest people, Money makes them blind, If you pay them enough money they will talk bad about any other company, and if anyone talks bad about your company they will remove their reviews or comments.
