I’ve had the worst experience with this company. There was absolutely no prior intimation when they decided to revise payments. It’s completely unprofessional and frustrating. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to deal with sudden changes without any notice. This lack of communication is just one of many issues with their service. They don’t seem to care about their customers at all. Honestly, I hope the company reconsiders their approach before they go bankrupt from their poor business practices. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money!

Shady practices, my interest is going up every month and the payoff amount is more than what it was after I made a payment last month. They'll do anything to keep you paying instead of allowing you to pay it off. I'll never use them again and I highly advise anyone else to monitor your statements closely. It's only been 3 months and it looks like I haven't made a dent in my debt despite paying significantly more than my monthly requirement.

I financed some of the work I did on my home through Foundation Finance Company. Once the automatic payments were set up, I didn't have to think about it. It was easy. And to avoid interest I paid the amount due within 24 months. I appreciated being able to save that money.

Possibly the worst company in America. Please, if you are considering having work done on your property via a contractor and they use Foundation Finance to finance their work - RUN!! The contractors that involve themselves with these bottom-feeders are just as sleazy. Notice that any good review for this company comes in the form of a contractor...while all of their customer reviews sing the same chorus. FYI: ALL OF FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY'S LOANS ARE SECURE. MEANING THEY WILL PLACE A LIEN ON YOUR PROPERTY STRAIGHT AWAY! They won't ever mention this to you until you try and sell your property of course. Their APR rates are absolutely ridiculous. If you enjoy literally paying double, sometimes near triple the cost of your protect - then Foundation Finance Company is right for you. If you are like me and don't enjoy being scammed and abused, then steer clear of this cesspool of deplorable desperation.

If I had continued with this company, it would have taken me 30 years to pay off a $1,400.00 bathtub conversion to walk-in shower. If God's will, February 2025 I will be 72 years old. 72+30; you do the math. This financial institution would attempt to take my home from my children if, God forbidden, that I should die before paying that loan. I thank God for honest and caring associates at Regions Bank.

This company is TERRIBLE. Our Rainsoft water system is financed through this JOKE of a company. We are currently in the process of selling our home and have full intentions of taking the system with us. We wanted to make sure if we needed to pay the system in full or if we could continue to make payments since we did not leave the system at the house. My husband called once and was told that a UCC lien was not placed on the property and one would not be as long as payments were made on time (we make our payments early). A week or so later I had talked to TWO different people two different times and was told the same thing.

Fast forward to this week and we were contacted by the Title company that we have to pay the UCC LIEN that was placed before the sale can go through. So I call them and ask what is going on as we were assured not ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT THREE TIMES that this wouldn’t happen and was told “well your contract states that it can be placed whenever the company feels like it. I understand we signed a contract. What I don’t understand is why the workers are either 1. Not trained the way they should be. Or 2. They just flat out lied.

I could have planned this a little better if I hadn’t found out about the Lien less than 2 weeks before closing.

I called the number they asked me to on their reply and lo and behold, I never got a call back after I was told I had to leave a message for management to call me back. I really didn’t expect any better honestly. (:

BE AWARE Stay away from this company they well lie and tell you upfront that they will not put a lean on your house but they WILL put a lean on your house as soon as the project is complete. Be aware that if you wanted to pull equity out of your home they will sabotage the deal by NOT temporary removing the UCC lean so that you may pull out equity. Look for the blanket statement in the contract!
They do this so that if you miss a payment they will go straight to the bank and force a foreclosure and pocket hundreds of thousands of dollars of your equity.

Dennis was very respectful and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied.Ron is a perfectionist. He wanted to make sure we loved what he was doing. We both Loved everything Dennis and Ron done for us. We were so excited. When Ron left we stared at the beautiful job he had done. Dennis called to check if it was what we imagine and we let him know that it was so perfect. Ron worked so hard. We wanted to feed him and he told us he had a tuna fish sandwich 🥪. Ron told us thank you but I am ok
Never met such great employee and so polite.
Let me say this If you need a bathroom done right call My Florida bath. Also call Jack Ryan to work out the detailsfor you. He will find everything you want done to your bathroom. We are very satisfied with their work. We are so happy with everything. Thank you so much Jack Ryan, Dennis and for Mr. Ron The Perfectionist. We are so grateful for the three of them.
