Had the pleasure of having Brandon coming out and fixing our fridge. Numerous other companies had been sent out and were unable to fix our issue. Brandon arrived on time and fixed everything back to new. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great service! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with this company. I had a dishwasher issue and a dryer seal that needed to be replaced. They came out and quickly let me know it was my electrical outlet and not my dishwasher so that was a quick fix for me and then they ordered the dryer seal and got it in as soon as it arrived. The technician even took some time to go over washer and dryer maintenance with me since he had the same units at home. Prices were fair and they were able to take CC payment right in my home. Would highly recommend.

I have a funky ice maker. All State was pretty horrible to deal with but thank goodness for Forrest Appliance Repair! They are processional, timely and great at communicating. The service tech is respectful and knowledgeable. I am grateful that All State uses them. Highly recommend.

My GE oven had electrical issues and Forrest Appliance came recommended. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was courteous and helpful. The technician was prompt, clean and explained exactly what the issue was. Will definitely call them again if another issue arises.

Have been rescheduled numerous times . I had the most disappointing experience! The person who finally answered my call couldn’t even sympathize with my frustration. They came out to my house 4 times did one repair problem still exist, another time prior they didn’t have the part after supposedly diagnosing the problem. It’s been over 5 months of dealing with this company with no success. They never pick up the phone or call back or respond to messages. Ariel never returns calls and then closed my ticket out without talking to me and never told me. Now I have to start all over again with another company mind you. I’m a single mom who has to pick up kids drop off and work plus makesure I’m here to let the service technician in to work on the fridge. Highly disappointed DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

This is the second time I've called Forest and both times, the service and communication were excellent. Last time was a dryer issue. This time, I had a water leak in the fridge. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained how the problem occurred and how to avoid a repeat. The basic fee for diagnostics, plus a $75 labor charge were reasonable. No parts needed. No time wasted. Thank you, Forest and technician Chris.
