Add my orientation they didn't have me sign the medical release form. Then instead of emailing it to me to have me sign it electronically they cancel my appointment. Then I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Yes they have tried to call me previously while I was at work and I had it in my file that I could not answer during that time. No voicemail until they canceled my appointment. I called them I've been on hold for two and a half hours.

If you value your time or dignity, stay far away from Flourish Research.
This place is an absolute circus—run by clowns, for clowns. If you're homeless, unemployed & don't mind wasting your time (they surely don't) this is the place for you! But for anyone else? Save yourself the grief.

Here’s my experience, step by agonizing step:

- My intake coordinator was 30 minutes late. No apology.
- I spent 15 minutes answering questions that were already in their system from my phone screen.
- They had incorrect information on their forms, including my birthday.
Then the coordinator left for a meeting (seriously?) & handed me off to someone else.
- Coordinator #2 asked the same questions...again. When I pointed out that half the staff was hanging out in the hallway drinking coffee while they were supposedly "too busy," I got the weak excuse, "Oh, they’re working on different studies."
- Massive amounts of waiting. Zero things happening. Wasting my time.
- After 2.5+ hours, I was passed off to a third coordinator.
- Finally—finally!—progress? Nope. I was asked the same questions a fourth time.
- She recorded my height & weight incorrectly, even after reading the numbers out loud. At this point, I didn’t even bother correcting her. Why bother?
- Four & a half hours in, they told me my next appointment & subsequent additional 19, would be 8 hours each—information they conveniently left out until I'd already wasted over 1/2 my day.

If you’re running a research firm that depends on willing volunteers, you should treat them like gold. At Flourish Research, clients are treated like interruptions or inconveniences, not human beings.
This place is disorganized, unprofessional & careless. It should be replaced by a reputable, caring, professional research organization. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend Flourish Research to anyone.

This review is the final amount of time I will waste on this disorganization. I do owe an apology to clowns - you are professional, you do your job & you care about people - I shouldn't have insulted you by placing the Employees at Flourish research in your same category. You are much better at your job then they are.

Having personal information transfer from your company's database to an individual program has been accurately & effectively been done since the 1960s. Your employees don't need to wake up & smell the coffee (they're already doing that in the hallways). They need to wake up & smell the 21st century.

One word describes this place & it’s the same way they treat their clients:

Garbage.

This place is garbage.

Avoid at all costs.

First day of study was a great experience and I was informed in advance will only take 45 mins for next on-site appointments. For next follow-up appointment, I made sure to arrive puntual BUT they made me wait for 1 hour and 10 mins in the lobby. When I finally got into an exam room by a nurse, she made me sit and left me alone (who never apologized), waited for another 30-40 mins. I had to open the door and talk to someone else (who apologized) and she took action to get finally get assisted. I felt disrespected as this experience made me think they don’t consider people’s time.

I recently completed an over night study with flourish, I was in there for 3 days. Over all, the experience was well worth it. They have an amazing team on site who all coordinated and work well together. The place is clean, suitable and feel right at home. They closely monitor in good care and also feed you well. (accordingly)
I definitely recommend anyone who is interested in participating here and look forward to future studies with flourish. The payments are fast with no issues. You all are great, keep up the great work and thank you for the opportunity 💰

Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous they made me hold for 15 mins in the queue just to send me to voicemail! What kind of business is this? When it was Clinical Trails of Texas I never had this problem. Super frustrating will not be calling back!

This place was very nice and clean. Staff was very professional, informative, and friendly. It was a little cold in there so I'd recommend taking a light sweater.

So I got this pay card awaiting $50 within 48 hours. I was told on Friday that I would receive $50 within 48 hours. I signed a W-9 form with all my info. and today is Monday I have yet to receive anything. I’m reporting this experience to make people and this business aware. They ask to recommend friends/others why would I do that? Bottom line is if you guys hand out pay cards and say you’re going to do something that what should be done. Or be specific such as 2 business days or by it being a Holiday weekend except a delay something. No what was clearly stated was 48 hours. At this point, I'm not going to call and chase it down it should have been deposited just as I was told it would. If it comes it come if it doesn’t oh well.👎🏾

Great Place to do studies and each payment I was paid in 24 hrs Ms Ciara really goes out her way to help her subjects. She even asked me if I was hungry when I got there and ordered me a Whataburger large fries and Lemonade.
