Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We have not had to wait more than 15 minutes past our appointment time. The doctor is excellent and takes time to answer all questions and explains everything in detail.

The ladies are all very nice. Very sensitive to patient care. There is 1 lady that sits as receptionist that is always eating and too lazy to even get up when I arrive. I’m in a wheelchair and the counter is too high for her to even see me when I approach.

What a pleasant experience. I was there for a 2 hour infusion and couldn't be happier. They were right on time and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. A+ service.

The staff is nice. Wait time is minimal. Communication seems to be a challenge. A request is now over a week old, with two additional follow ups, one in a call and the third via CareSpace. Feeling like I get automated responses rather than individualized care.

I was very nervous not knowing what to expect at my visit. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and the volunteer giving snacks were so attentive. They explained everything, engaged me in conversation and kept checking on me. Excellent staff!!!

I was patient with this process but after 2 visits where I saw the doctor, blood checked twice and at the end no answers.

The health system is a scam made for people to continue to visit and pay with no answers. For the last visit they could have told me over the phone instead of making me come to the office and not provide any answers other than please come back in 2 months so we can tell you absolutely nothing and keep taking your money.

It isn't easy finding out that Cancer reared its ugly head and found me. The whole team here has been so helpful, kind, and thoughtful. All the things that made me feel at ease. I trust them in treating my cancer. Dr. Al, his nurse practitioners, schedulers, ladies at the front desk, the ladies taking my blood for labs...I am thankful for each and everyone.
