He came out for my natural gas furnace kicking off and not running and smell of gas. Replaced a part and told me it was fixed. Charged $160 an hour. Attached is bill for 1 1/2 hours coat $240 + an additional $65 for service call. Within 24 hours furnace died again. He took a while to respond to second call. But came back, apologized for not cleaning out the vent. (High efficiency furnace) There were mud dobber nest in it. He then showed my husband how to reset furnace if it happens again. Less then 24 hours later no furnace again. I called another company and they came out and after examining it found the secondary heat exchanger to be failing. Full of holes and bad. They disabled my furnace fully telling me it was a danger and they were surprised I hadn't had a catastrophic failure. They confirmed it for me by showing me it and when they replaced it I could really see the damage. When your told your lucky your house didn't blow up it does make you really upset with a professional that overlooked it and didn't take the time to do a good exam. I gave several months to calm down before submitting a review. And attached copy of my receipt to show cost and repair. I did supply the draft blower motor assembly. That was not what failed. It was secondary heat exchanger. I only wish I saved photo of the secondary heat exchanger when I pulled it from old furnace.

Joel had our furnace and central air going in no time, and was very reasonable on cost. We didnt have to wait days for him to come out either. He was very friendly and honest with us about what the issues were and even gave us helpful information that we were unaware of. Great Job, Very satisfied!

Joel is a very well trained and expert HVAC repair tech. He was out and showed great care in fixing the problem. Although, the problem transformed into a bigger problem ( do to no fault of his). Joel returned and repaired it and had it up and running in no time. Give him a try you will not be disappointed.

Met with Joel about two months ago to have a window unit air conditioner fixed and he took the unit and ran. Will not return calls or voicemails. Have reached out to the local authorities to try and recover our unit.

6/27/22- Joel, you met with my husband and he used my account to write a review. I stand by his review. Have yet to hear back from you. He left a note on your door and he left several voicemails.
