Customer service unmatched! It takes a minute for them to come available when you need them first thing in the morning but considering time zones I don't stress it. They are courteous and prompt and handle things for you that you cant do on your own or at least cant figure out how. They are patient and do amazing jobs. Thank you FIELD PULSE!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This company has lied to me from the start. Told me I could cancel at any time, yet when I asked to cancel becuase I couldn't do what I was told I could do with the system before purchasing I was told I can't cancel. They lie to get you to purchase their system. Also don't expect quick service, it takes DAYS to get a response if your lucky.

Fieldpulse may be a great app but the setup isn't as user friendly as they make it seem. We tried it and found that this app wasn't really for us. We were told that it is month to month and we can cancel if we needed to but that wasn't the case. They make sure that you can't cancel and they will charge you for the full year. If the product is worth the money and a genuine value than they shouldn't be worried if a client wants to cancel. Instead they will take our money for the next 5 month even though we will not use it.
The startup customer service is great but everything else from behind the scenes is not great and outsourced.
I would recommend other apps that have the ease of use and won't charge you for every add on or user.
Not worth the headache and I will continue to warn customers on any and every other platform available

Not a user friendly app and the customer service after the fact is not only outsourced but not helpful.
Take the time to find another app that will not nickel and dime you for every add on or help you need.
And if you try to leave they will ensure that you can't. Your add/service provided she make people stay not some agreement that you hold over their head. Sad...

Just had a sales call with Riley and whereas we decided Fieldpulse would not really be a good fit for myself it was really refreshing to come across a knowledgeable sales guy who could demonstrate the strengths of his platform but be honest enough to say that my current platform is still the best one for me.
Will definitely reach out to him if my circumstances change
