This place deserves 0 stars. Buyer beware they will hold your money ransom! I have been trying for the last 6 months to get my money out of my Roth IRA and roll it over to Schwab, and have been denied at every turn. After trying 4 different ways to transfer my money they still have not resolved the issue and I’ve been locked in with them unable to trade, and unable to get the money rolled over.
All this after more than a decade of being involved with them on two IRA’s and a 529 plan for the kiddos. Absolutely unacceptable!!

Question the quality of an investment firm that requires you to print and mail in a form, notarized in some cases, to do a simple stock transfer to your own broker. Not a tax form - they let you do THAT online. Want your money elsewhere? Nope. Mail in a form and hope it happens a month from now.

It’s 2024. This is done all electronically at other firms. Who mails or faxes (!?) anything now?

And 4 week turnaround to transfer shares? Where are we? 1984?
