My little brother mailed me a package on 11/04/24. It never came. Upon further investigation, found out that the package is sitting in Arcata. They're claiming that they tried to deliver it, but couldn't find my address. Bunch of BS. They said I can't go pick it up from their office. And they're saying that I can't have it delivered to my house now. But they're perfectly willing to deliver it to the Dollar General. What the hell? What is wrong with this company? I will never do business with them again. Ever. Absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with in my life

I ordered a package and the a day after they said it would arrive they sent it back of the truck said it would arrive the next day and it still has not😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Just received a package via FedEx. The driver stood at the bottom of the 2 steps up to my front door and tossed the package onto the porch in front of the door....that package was a 35 shade make-up palette! Multiple shades are shattered with the pieces spread all through the case!!! How hard would it have been to walk the package up the 2 steps like the other delivery services do We're paying for our packages, often gifts, to arrive intact and not broken. Geez!

I really hate getting packages sent via fed ex that have to go through Arcata. They NEVER deliver to my gate, they NEVER deliver on time. They always claim 'Weather Delay" and sometimes it takes a week for the package to finally show up. I realize that Zenia Ca is not the center of town, but seriously, if you can't see fit to deliver the package, decline the job and let the USPS do the job. The postal service is always better then this FedEx.

Three packages in a row I have not received my package on time. On the delivery date the status changes to pending and then my shipment delivery date become unknown. This has happened on my last three packages. FedEx is literally the most unreliable shipping company. I’ve had better service with USPS. I will never ship through FedEx.

Very tired of this office's slow service. I see other customers saying they dread having their packages delivered via FedEx and I am right there with them. Multiple times I have had packages delayed for days because of "Weather Delay." I am supposed to have a package delivered today but it's marked as weather delay now...um, I live just a few miles away from the office and it's a gorgeous sunny day....how does that qualify as weather delay? If it's delayed for a genuine reason, okay then. But stop hiding behind non-existent weather issues as an excuse! I actually have started looking into other shipping options when I order online. I am at the point where I am willing to pay more to avoid FedEx services because of this office. (And btw, my husband is a meteorologist for Humboldt County and he 100% backs me up on this).

The company I ordered a large shipment of drainage pipe, put the wrong address on the shipping label and got my last name wrong. The driver from FedEx Freight called about obtaining a signature. I told me to leave it out front. I get home, it's not there. I call the Arcata office and am told the driver if off for the day. I figured my shipment must be at a neighbor's house. While I'm out looking, the FedEx driver calls. His work called him and what he did with it. He went back to where it was left, loaded it in his own truck and brought it to my house. He didn't need to do that, he delivered it to the address on the slip. Super rad!! I appreciate that driver.

The absolute worst service. They have my packages sitting in Arcata for 4+ days until they finally decide to deliver them. I cringe every time I see that something I ordered was shipped with FedEx because I know I will not be getting it anytime soon. UPS and USPS have no problems delivering anything I order. I really wish companies stopped using FedEx.
