On numerous occasions, I experienced payment delays of up to six months, which is not only unprofessional but also extremely inconvenient for someone relying on timely compensation. These delays caused financial strain and led to a loss of trust in the company's ability to honor their financial commitments.

Furthermore, Federal Soft Systems Inc (FSS)'s communication channels leave much to be desired. It is particularly frustrating that they do not provide a proper telephone number for contact, relying instead on a Magic Jack number. Attempting to reach them through this number has proven arduous and often fruitless. Even when I managed to establish contact, their responsiveness was lacking, with little to no effort made to address my concerns or provide satisfactory solutions.

Adding to the communication challenges, Federal Soft Systems Inc (FSS) lacks a voicemail option, making it virtually impossible to leave messages for them. This absence of a basic feature severely hampers the ability to convey urgent matters or to receive updates on important issues. Very friendly relationship with employer what we expect, they make sure the rules are conveyed properly before coming in and starting the training. Though we have a good knowledge on certain technologies they conduct weekly screenings and trains us in new updated technologies which is the best part. Will definitely suggest to go with this you will never regret about your decision.

They will explain clearly in the beginning how the company will be and their program structure. Training in new technologies and once after completion of the training, will have screenings every weekend. If you didn't perform well they will suggest you. Once you are up-to mark only then they will start marketing. they do mostly with prime vendors not with layers. Quality in training and marketing.

Always late on payments, in some cases behind by 2-3 months, need multiple reminders and most of the time there is no response when followed up for payments.

Will never do business with FSS in future and also reporting to the state agencies to make sure others are not impacted.
