A case worker told me to bring in proof of income and I did. The problem being the lady at the front desk refused to scan it for me. I explained to her what she needed to do and I was in a hurry. I had to borrow a vehicle and had a sick dog was the reason I was hurrying. She still refused to do her job.

Well...I've called twice now. And the lady was very nice...my husband and I (case) was transferred from another county to Fayette co.i must say they were prompt in sending out the necessary paperwork...very professional,kind, and nice on the phone, even gave us kind advice !!!

Always kind and willing to help. Phone service isn't great as they don't really answer, but they get back to you if you leave a message. Overall never had a problem with this business.

They really need to change their staff. Or at least give them better training. How are you suppose to report neglect if the lady on the other line is jumping down your throat basically telling you your not telling the truth and even if you were, they can’t do anything. Like okay, it was hard enough for me to call. How dare you tell me that I’m not telling the truth. Maybe this is the wrong career path for that lady. Humiliated me all because I couldn’t remember the house number. No thanks, I’ll just call the National Hotline.

Well lady who I spoke to that was working on my case was nice , but once that first call is done that's last u can talk over phone with them bc calling the office is pointless. I've spent 2 weeks calling daily. No one will answer it does not matter what extention you dial . I've tried all different times of days as well I've left messages no call back, makes it hard for someone who does not have transportation when they need to speak with someone.

Rude. Moved out of state, called multiple times to report the change for my daughter's insurance and no one answered, left voicemails stating change, finally get a call back 4+ months later from Karen(?) Stating "WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALLS FROM YOU" practically jumping down my throat and interrupting any chance she got. Whatever. Gave her our new info and hung up. Like I said, rude.
