The sign up and set up process are really simple, the issue is with adjusting and placing the ad places on your website I think a more simplified way to add/remove ads should be with website building like Elementor or as a plugin.

Advertising system useless. It repeatedly rejects the site on the grounds that it would not be approved by Google AdSense, which is nonsense, because the site has worked on AdSense for a long time without problems. At the same time, you can't get in touch with support in Ezoic, making the platform really unusable. They also approved the website in other advertising systems.

Great support, great returns - very happy I switched

Due to some technical issues on my site I couldn't use one of Ezoic's simple integration techniques and had to use a "Standalone implentation". Sounds awful but ended up being straightforward. Any issues were fixed by a group chat organised by my account rep Laura Derrick.

Quite frankly, I'm not sure why I'm even still trying to set up Ezoic. I can only talk to a bot until I pay Ezoic; however, it's crazy to pay for a service before I'm even sure I'm eligible to use it. According to Ezoic's dashboard, I cannot add a sub-domain. According to the bot, I need to contact Ezoic support to set up a sub-domain. The problem? There's no way to contact Ezoic support unless I pay Ezoic. I was referred (by the bot) to the Community Forum. The community forum won't accept my post. I was then referred (by the bot) to their social media. Ezoic Facebook says I can't talk to them there. I'd love to monetize my site with Ezoic, and I'm willing to spend money on Ezoic IF I can SEE that it's possible to set up a site with Ezoic. With that said, I'm considering abandoning Ezoic altogether because I'm so incredibly frustrated trying to answer one simple question. AI support is NOT support!

Beware of the Ezoic partner; my website speed plunged from 94 to 34, and the site broke down. I strongly caution others against this partner, as it led to significant issues and wasted time. Consider alternatives to avoid compromising your website's speed and functionality. Individual experiences may vary, but exercise caution before partnering with any ad service.

I applied about 8 months ago when my site was new and got rejected for not complying with Google AdSense policies. A week later I was accepted by AdSense and have been running ads ever since.

However, it is impossible to have your account reviewed. Instead, you get to fill out a form that gives an immediate rejection.

Their customer support and ticketing system is not just horrible, it's non-existent. Ezoic also has a phone number that always goes to voicemail. I'm pretty sure all those voicemails go to a digital trash can too.
